DayZ Adventures commence!

Litomatoma here with a weekly update.

As many of you may know DayZ Standalone was released not that long ago after many disputes of the future of DayZ and when it will be released.

I bought it immediately and haven’t played it all that much as the content is still very raw as it is in its Alpha stage.

However, with a few friends we decided to do some old school DayZ like old times, scared for our lives in the world of zombies.

We decided on DayZ Epoch.

So far we have had an eventful time and have learned not to build in major cities as it just draws way too much attention to us. Good plan “Bacon”...

But the feeling of DayZ is amazing and I knew I liked DayZ from when I first saw it.

Sure it’s filled with tons of bugs but in the end if you’re there with some friends it’s a great atmosphere.

But here’s a story so far...

We started off not knowing anything about the Epoch mod and feeling very rusty at the game. Three of us teamed up and decided to make nicknames and squad names for one other. Meet:

‘Rock’, ‘Wood’ and ‘Meat’ the Clothes Bandits.

We call ourselves the ‘Clothes Bandits’ because when we kill someone, we will steal their clothes. This may seem weird but you can sell them for in game currency that you can buy cars with! Not just cars, but cars which only you will have the key for, keeping it safe unless of course, you die.

Like a lot of things, in DayZ death is the end.

We set up a base in Elektro, one of the main cities in Chernarus that is very popular, and it was heaving with activity. We have been killed a countless number times and have stayed true to our name of the ‘Clothes Bandits’.

After killing one of the members of the server’s biggest clans, we were hunted down like animals.

It was crazy; we were locked up in a pub with 6 people outside firing in.

It was hell.

After a while we lost the base and all our stuff, not that we didn’t see it coming.

I guess it’s time to start our new lives in the Map of Panthera.

Have a nice day this is Litomatoma, Ciao.
